ABOUT STARITSKY LEVITSKY
The mythical figures of Staritsky and Levitsky are symbol for a time - at the turn of the 19th and 20th century - when Lviv became - under the Habsburg rule - one of the most important cultural, intellectual and economic cities in the region.
It was a time when traditions were established and heritage was rooted. This included the refinement and conservation of core cultural buidling blocks such as the production and consumption of vodka. It is this timeframe that provides us with our inspiration when distilling our vodkas.
